ARGUS Enterprise: (ASC) Discounted Cash Flow Recertification Exam (APAC)

This challenging program is recognised by the industry as a resumé asset, and the ASC designation ensures professionals have the skills required for the role.

You will have 1 hour and 15 minutes to complete the exam. The exam consists of one section:

• Section 1: 75 Multiple Choice and/or True/False questions.

The online exam may be taken at any time, but it must be completed prior to the deadline noted in your profile.

You will receive exam log in and setup instructions via email once the module is assigned. Email ATraining@altusgroup.com with any questions.

Passing Requirement: To successfully pass the certification exam and earn ASC designation, users must achieve a minimum score of 70% or higher on the exam. Any score below 70% is considered a non-passing result, regardless of decimal value (e.g., 69.9% does not meet the passing requirement).

Retake Policy: Users who do not achieve a passing score (70% or higher) may purchase a retake exam for an additional fee.

Certification Validity: Recertification exam is only available to current ASC members who have had their certification expire within the past 6 months. Upon successful completion, users achieve certified status in ARGUS Enterprise. Certification is valid for two years and can be renewed by completing the recertification exam.
