ARGUS Enterprise: (ASC) Capitalisation Valuation Certification Exam (APAC)

This challenging program is recognised by the industry as a resumé asset and the ASC designation ensures professionals have the right skills for the job. You will have 2 hours and 30 minutes to complete the ARGUS Enterprise: (ASC) Capitalisation Valuation Exam (APAC). The exam is comprised of two sections:

• Section 1: 75 Multiple Choice and/or True/False questions.
• Section 2: Model a case study and answer 15 questions about the case. You will need a working copy of ARGUS Enterprise in order to complete section 2 of the exam. The case study portion will be either, Office, Retail or Mixed Use (Office/Retail) property type.

If a user receives a grade of 69% or less on either or both sections, a retake of the exam is available for a fee.

The online exam may be taken at any time, but it must be completed within 90 days of purchase date.

Note: Upon successful completion of this exam, users achieve certified status in ARGUS Enterprise. This certification is valid for two years, and can be renewed through taking the recertification exam.
