Terms and Conditions

Booking confirmation: Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received and confirmation has been sent to you from Altus Group. Order will be processed within 1 business day. Altus Group is not responsible for any cost incurred prior to client receipt of our booking confirmation.

Rescheduling Fee: Attendees must reschedule at least 11 working days prior to the training start date to avoid rescheduling fees. Delegates who reschedule within 10 working days of the training start date will be charged a 300 AUD plus GST (where applicable) rescheduling fee.

Cancellation Fee: Cancellation requests must be received via email at ATraining@argussoftware.com more than 15 working days prior to the training start date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after the 15 working days’ notice are non-refundable and there will be 300 AUD plus GST (where applicable) to reschedule fee for future classes. It is the responsibility of the company to ensure that Altus Group has received the cancellation notice. The cancellation notice period will be calculated from the receipt of the e-mail. Under no circumstances should a training session be deemed ‘cancelled’ until written acknowledgement is received from Altus Group. Travel costs and expenses incurred by the client, due to a training session cancelled by Altus Group for reasons beyond their ordinary control, will not be refunded."
